Available in 11.8Fl. ounce Bahia bottles is our Barrel Aged Balsamic, which is imported from Modena Italy.  In Napa Valley, we take that same Barrel Aged Balsamic, California Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a special blend of seasonings to produce Napa Valley Dipping Oil and Roasted Tomato Dipping Sauce.

♦ Infused Oils and Balsamic Vinegars 
Our infused oils and vinegars are presented in a 8.45 Fl. Ounce Opera bottle, including California Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kettle Roasted Garlic Oil, and White Truffle Oil, as well as Pomegranate White, Tres Citrus, and Strawberry balsamic vinegars.  Blackberry Ginger is offered in the 11.8 fl. ounce Bahia bottle.
